Meditate Love Life

The Technique + The Tradition

The Technique

The technique taught at Meditate Love Life is Vedic Meditation, a simple, natural and effortless mantra-based practice that supports the nervous system to move from stress towards deep rest and relaxation.

It is a systematic and strategic approach to releasing accumulated stress and stress patterns from the body, helping you regulate thoughts and emotions and meet the busyness of life with greater calm and clarity.

The mantra is used silently within the mind, gently allowing awareness to settle towards quieter states and reconnecting you with the inner stillness that is your natural state. There is no forcing, concentrating, controlling thoughts or trying to make anything happen.

Practised for 20 minutes, twice a day, Vedic Meditation supports greater balance, energy, ease and adaptability.

As a householder technique, it is designed for people fully engaged in modern life, for busy minds, busy lives and the desire to live with greater presence and ease.

The Tradition

Vedic Meditation comes from the Veda, an ancient body of knowledge originating in India. Veda means knowledge or wisdom in Sanskrit and offers an understanding of how to live in greater alignment with the rhythms of Nature.

As taught at Meditate Love Life, Vedic Meditation comes from the Shankaracharya tradition, a living lineage whose knowledge has been passed from teacher to student for thousands of years.

Today, the technique continues to be taught personally, teacher to student, while remaining practical and relevant to modern life.

Learning Vedic Meditation connects you with a tradition that supports self-knowledge, wellbeing and the natural evolution of consciousness. It requires no particular religion, belief system or change in lifestyle. It is a practical experience of knowledge that can be lived and known for yourself.
